Hospice of Santa Cruz County (formerly called Hospice Caring Project) is the oldest and only non-profit hospice serving Santa Cruz and northern Monterey counties. For 30 years, we have provided compassionate care, expert pain control, emotional and spiritual support for individuals and families so they may live as fully and comfortable as possible at the end of life
