Marine Life Studies (MLS) is dedicated to Research, Education & Conservation. All MLS personnel are volunteers so all monies are applied directly to the fulfillment of our mission. Current projects: 1) Joey Jones Scholarship & Educational Fund: Scholarship grants & free educational programs 2) Boat based research surveys: Operating expenses 3) W.E.T. (Whale Entanglement Team): Tools for full set for Monterey Bay 4) “Green” research boat: A boat that utilizes biodiesel & electric, to achieve an environmentally low impact while conducting research.
