"In order for people to experience good health and the highest quality of life possible, we nurture the whole person - mind, body and spirit" through three core programs. Incorporated in 1972, Meals on Wheels delivers three meals daily to homebound frail elderly and disabled adults. The agency also provides noon luncheon to seniors at the Sally Griffin Active Living Center and at four additional senior sites on the Monterey Peninsula. Meals on Wheels also offers health, wellness and enrichment classes and activities at the Griffin Center in Pacific Grove.
